You will be verbally guided through a series of movement sequences, improving body awareness, coordination, and flexibility.
In individual lessons, people are made aware of their movement and behaviour patterns through gentle touch. Postural positioning is adjusted to improve alignment, well-being, and function. The lessons are individually tailored to your very own needs and goals.
