Foremost, it's about feeling yourself and (re)gaining awareness of your eyes. Only when you develop a sense of where you are straining or using your eyes incorrectly.
Eye health – not a substitute for regular eye exams (!) – is in our hands (with the exception of medical interventions).

 

Whether preventative, strengthening, or healing, the success of eye and vision training is not restricted to age.

Vision training is preceded by a one-hour initial introductory consultation. We'll discuss your personal eye history and determine whether you're a good fit for natural vision training.
After your consultation, you can choose a program that meets your individual vision goals.
